Product overview
Synergistic Three-Phase Separator (STS) combines with several high efficiency separation technologies, such as gas-liquid
technology, pre-degassing technology, water-washing technology, compressed gas flotation technology, incline plate separation
technology and oil-water interface measurement technology, etc. It applies to oil-gas-water separation of different occasions
in oil and gas field.
Technical feature
1)High efficiency of dehydration :After our treatment, oil content in sewage is less than 1000mg/L; water content in the crude oil of outlet is less than 1%.
2)High processing capacity :Under the same working condition, STS is 2~3times higher than common three-phase separators.
3)High drainage capacity:Compared with traditional three-phase separators, GLCC is a vertical gas-liquid separator, which
makes the drainage capacity increase greatly.
4)High efficiency of oil-water interface control:While traditional three-phase separators adopt mechanical control, STS utilizes
intelligent admittance type tester to measure oil-water interface, which is timelier and more accurate.
5)Little liquid volume in gas outlet:After GLCC and vane type separator, the volume is less than 0.014m3 liquid/MMSm3 gas.
