Product Overview

Filter is a kind of inside-out (or outside-in) flow-through separator to remove the liquid droplets and solid particles in fluid.

Technical Features
（1）Dry gas filter
Application: Gas/ solid separation
1. Efficiency: 100% removal of particles 3 microns or larger
2. Pressure drop:0.25 to 2.0 PSI（new and clean）
3. Solid loading: Maximum pressure drop of 15PSI across cartridges
4. Turndown ratio: None
5. Coalescer：None
6. Other：Several tube mounting arrangements including capability for reduced opening closure

（2）Filter Separator


Application: Gas/ liquid separation or gas/ solid separation
1. Efficiency: 100% removal of liquid droplets or solid particles greater than 3 microns in diameter
2. Pressure drop: Typically 1-2 PSI when new and clean
3. Solid loading: No slugs, typically 10% by weight, higher with shorter tube life
4. Turndown ratio: None
5. Coalescer：Built- in.
6. Other：Available with reduced closure and vertical sumps.

（3）Ultrafiltration Separator
Application: Gas/ liquid separation
1. Efficiency: 100% removal of all droplets greater than 0.5 microns
2. Pressure drop: Less than 2 PSI (new and clean）
3. Liquid loading: Maximum 15% by weight
4. Turndown ratio: None
5. Coalescer：Built- in.
6. Other：Available with multi-cyclone inlet for applications where trace amounts of solids are present.
