Product Overview  

Vane type separator adopts corrugated plate technology to dry the gas with low content liquid less than 15%. It applies to the gas-liquid separation in all kinds of occasions in oil and gas field.  

Vane type separator has the following kinds(liquid removal /soluble solid removal)

Technical Features：  

1）High separation efficiency:100% removal of liquid droplets greater than 8μm, 99% removal of liquid droplets 6-8μm.

2）Pressure drop is less than 1.45 PSI.

3）Big handling capacity: Under same working condition and same flow area, the capacity is 4~5 times of mesh mist eliminator.

4）No-blocking, long service life(15~20 years)
