Four knowledgeable doctors together decided to found a company with innovative ideas.

On August 12, 2002, Veritas Tech(Ningbo) Co., Ltd. was founded.  

On October 12, 2005, Veritas-MSI was founded by Multiphase Systems Integration, LLC(USA) and Veritas Tech(Ningbo) Co., Ltd.  

in 2005, our first multiphase flow metering system was put into use.

In 2008, the field trial of Inline Free Water Knockout System got success in Sandi Arabia.

In 2011, our multiphase flow metering system won the field trial in Saudi Arabia.

In 2011, OR-GREEN® sulfur recovery system was put into operation.

In January, 2014, sewage water treatment plant in the USA went into operation.

On May 4th, 2014, Veritas-MSI Yinzhou factory went into operation.
