Filter Cartridges (Oil-Water Filtration)
Product Overview:
Filters are precision separation devices for fluids, typically consisting of filter cartridges, filter media, and filtration systems. Depending on their application, filters can be categorized into gas-liquid filtration, gas-solid filtration, liquid-solid filtration, and VREIT's unique liquid-liquid filtration.
VREIT's filtration products come in the following series:
Technical Features:
(I) Gas-Liquid Separation Filter Cartridge
Application Scenarios: Gas-liquid separation (oil mist separation from gas, water mist separation from gas)
1) Separation Efficiency: 100% removal of liquid droplets larger than 0.5 microns
2) Pressure Drop: Less than 13.8 kPa (under clean cartridge conditions)
3) Liquid Content in Gas: Weight ratio no more than 15%
4) Operating Load Ratio: Not applicable
5) Inlet of Filter Cartridge Tube: Swirl/Cyclone
6) Other: When gas contains solids, the primary separation internals can be replaced with multi-tube cyclone separators with a swirling inlet
Example Application:
Jingbian Gas Field Fifth Natural Gas Purification Plant Project, Secondary Ultrafiltration Separator:
Working Pressure: 5.4 MPa
Working Temperature: 20°C
Separation Specifications:
- Dust particles 1 micron and above can be separated with an efficiency of 99.9%.
- Liquid droplets 0.3 microns and above can be separated with an efficiency of 99%.
- Liquid droplets 1 micron and above can be separated with an efficiency of 99.5%.
- Liquid droplets 3 microns and above can be separated with an efficiency of 99.9%.
(II) Gas-Liquid Foam Separation Filter Cartridge
Application Scenario: Foam separation from gas
1) Separation Efficiency: 100% removal of liquid droplets/bubbles with diameters greater than or equal to 3 microns
2) Pressure Drop: Typically 6.9-13.8 kPa (under clean cartridge conditions)
3) Solid Feed Rate: Weight ratio no more than 10%
4) Operating Load Ratio: Not applicable
5) Coalescer: Not equipped
6) Other: Variable diameter head and vertical liquid collection trough can be installed
